What You'll Do
• Lead budgeting, 5-year forecasting and financial analysis
• Prepare Board decks and handle investor queries
• Prepare standalone and consolidated financial statements
• Manage IFSC and SEZ unit compliance
• Support audits with schedules, data and auditor coordination
• File tax returns and ensure regulatory compliance
• Analyse trends and variances, and flag improvement opportunities
• Partner with cross-functional teams for accurate, timely reporting
• Stay current with accounting standards and regulations

What You Bring
• CA / Semi-qualified
• Strong command of Ind AS, IGAAP and IFRS
• Proficiency in Tally / SAP / QuickBooks and advanced MS Excel
• Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills




• Solid communication and interpersonal skills
