You will work across phone calls, LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp and online research to support our sales and marketing activities.

What You Will Do




• Research potential business customers through LinkedIn, Google, company websites and business directories
• Identify relevant decision-makers and build accurate prospect databases
• Make outbound calls to introduce our services, understand requirements and identify potential opportunities
• Connect with prospects through personalized emails, LinkedIn outreach and WhatsApp follow-ups
• Respond to enquiries generated through marketing campaigns and digital channels
• Ask relevant questions to assess a prospect’s requirements, interest and timelines
• Coordinate introductory calls, meetings and site surveys for the sales team
• Maintain updated lead records, conversation notes and follow-up schedules in the CRM
• Work with the sales and marketing teams to improve outreach messages and campaign responses
• Achieve agreed targets for outreach, follow-ups, qualified leads and meetings.
