Role Description The SR BDM (Senior Business Development Manager) is a full-time, on-site role based in Agra. The role involves identifying and pursuing recent business opportunities, building and managing relationships with corporate clients, channel partners, and intermediaries, and driving sales of health, personal accident,



and travel insurance products in the region. The SR BDM will plan and execute business development strategies, conduct market mapping and competitor analysis, and prepare proposals and presentations to support client acquisition and retention. Day-to-day responsibilities include achieving sales and revenue targets, coordinating with internal underwriting and operations teams, ensuring high-quality customer experience, and maintaining accurate reporting of pipeline, conversions, and key account activities. The role also requires mentoring junior team members and contributing to local marketing initiatives and brand visibility.
