We are looking for a Business Analyst – Founders’ Office who can work closely with the founders and cross-functional teams on strategic initiatives spanning business analysis, product, GTM, customer success, and growth.
Role OverviewThis is a high-ownership role for someone who enjoys solving business problems, working with customers, analysing markets, and turning ideas into actionable solutions. You will work directly with the leadership team and own projects from problem identification to execution and measurable outcomes.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Analysis & Strategy• Understand business processes, customer requirements, and operational challenges.
• Analyse problems, identify gaps, and recommend scalable solutions.
• Prepare BRDs,



user stories, process flows, dashboards, and business reports.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and identify new business opportunities.
• Work with founders on high-priority strategic projects and business initiatives.

Product & Solution Thinking• Understand customer problems and translate them into product and business requirements.
• Build and demonstrate business applications and use cases using Amoga.
• Identify new use cases and opportunities for product adoption.
• Work with Product and Customer Success teams to improve customer experience and product adoption.

GTM & Growth• Support Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies for recent products, use cases, and customer segments.
• Develop use-case narratives, positioning, sales enablement material, and GTM playbooks.
• Analyse customer segments, competitors, and market trends.
• Support growth experiments and initiatives focused on pip
