A Day in the Life

Based at our Mumbai Head Office, this role reports to the Head of Sales Planning, Trade Marketing and Business Transformation. You steer channel strategy, lead team members, and align with internal stakeholders (Key Accounts Chains, Marketing, Sales Development, Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, Regional Sales) and external agency partners.

Business Planning





• Responsible for Key Account Sales Planning and Forecasting

Business Performance And Reporting

• Responsible for closely monitoring and tracking business delivery
• Root cause analysis – What’s working and What isn’t
• Solution Design and Deployment to ensure delivery in line with organisation’s objectives
• Leading the MIS team to ensure proper dashboarding and reporting of key KPIs

Reciprocal Partnership And Stakeholder Alignment

• Ensuring alignment across key stakeholders – Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance and Sales

Budget Management

• Build and own the Modern Trade Spend Kitty
• Prioritise and optimize spends to maximise ROI

Business Transformation

• Leading the Business Transformation agenda for Up-to-date Trade across key Growth drivers (Availability, Visibility, and Implementation) and Enablers (Process, Capability, Organisation Design, Data, and Analytics)
