We make ultra-premium collectibles that take India's craft to the world. Our first collection, the Living Alive Collection, renders India's endangered animals in traditional Indian craft. Every piece is hand-made over weeks by specialist craftspeople, in limited editions.

For us, the story comes first, before the object itself.

Founded in Mumbai in March 2026. The product brand is The Vault by Culture Collect. Design is led by Shruti Sancheti, in couture and ready-to-wear since 2010.

Role Description:

The Content Strategist and Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Worli, Mumbai. This role owns the brand and every channel through which a new customer finds us, and directs the output of the existing content team. It reports to the Founder and CEO, Karan Sancheti.

The content team provides shooting, editing, and design support to this role.

Responsibilities
• Own both Instagram accounts as commercial channels- @thevaultbycc primarily, @culturecollect1 for storytelling.
• Own the brand's positioning:



who we stand for, to whom, and why at this price. It is not settled. You help settle it.
• Direct the content team already in place: a writer and cultural historian, a graphic designer, and two video editors. You brief them, you direct them, and you write too.
• Define what the website must deliver commercially and hold the external dev team to it.
• Travel two to four days a month - design fairs, gallery openings, and studio visits.
• Own paid media when we start it. Not an immediate priority.
• Set and control the brand voice.

Qualifications
• 5 to 7 years in marketing, across both brand and performance.
• You work directly in Instagram Insights and Meta Ads Manager, not through an agency. You know when a brand should stop optimising for reach.
• You understand WhatsApp as a sales channel in India, and can specify pixel and tracking requirements to a developer yourself.
