BRAND STRATEGIST
Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan

Salary: ₹25,000–₹50,000 per month, depending on experience and interview
About the RoleWe are looking for a creative and strategic Brand Strategist who can build and strengthen our brands through clear positioning, compelling communication, and effective marketing strategies.
The ideal candidate should understand D2C, e-commerce, beauty, skincare, and lifestyle brands and have the ability to convert brand insights into practical campaigns and content strategies.
Key Responsibilities• Develop and execute brand strategy and positioning.
• Define and maintain the brand's USP, messaging, tone of voice, and identity.
• Conduct competitor, customer, and market research.
• Develop monthly and quarterly brand and marketing strategies.
• Create strategic content and campaign concepts for Instagram, Meta Ads, website, email, and other channels.
• Work closely with the Content, Creative, Performance Marketing, Product, and Sales teams.
• Develop campaign briefs, creative directions,



and communication guidelines.
• Ensure consistency of brand messaging across all platforms.
• Identify new market trends, consumer insights, and growth opportunities.
• Analyse campaign and content performance and provide actionable insights.
• Work on product launches, seasonal campaigns, offers, and brand campaigns.
• Build strong storytelling around products, their benefits, and the overall brand.
• Monitor competitor activities and identify opportunities for differentiation.
• Support the development of brand decks, presentations, campaign plans, and marketing calendars.

Requirements• 2–5 years of experience in Brand Strategy, Brand Marketing, or Marketing.
• Experience with D2C, e-commerce, beauty, skincare, fashion, FMCG, or lifestyle brands preferred.
• Strong understanding of consumer behaviour and digital marketing.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
