Role Overview
We are seeking a high-performing Cyber Security Sales Manager with a proven track record in enterprise technology sales and cybersecurity solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving new business acquisition, expanding strategic customer accounts, and achieving aggressive revenue growth targets across enterprise and mid-market segments.
This role requires a consultative sales qualified who can engage with C-level executives, understand complex security challenges, and position end-to-end cybersecurity solutions that deliver measurable business value.

Location: Kolkata (preferably)

Key Responsibilities
• Own and deliver annual revenue targets of ₹8–10 Crore+ through new customer acquisition and strategic account growth.
• Identify, develop, and close enterprise and mid-market cybersecurity opportunities across multiple industry verticals.
• Manage the complete sales lifecycle, including prospecting, opportunity qualification, pipeline development, solution positioning, proposal management, commercial negotiations, and deal closure.




• Build trusted relationships with CXOs, CISOs, CIOs, IT Heads, and Information Security leaders.
• Understand customer business and security challenges and recommend tailored cybersecurity solutions aligned to their strategic objectives.
• Lead the preparation and submission of RFPs, RFQs, proposals, presentations, and commercial bids.
• Collaborate closely with pre-sales, solution architects, and delivery teams to develop winning solution strategies.
• Develop and execute account growth plans focused on upselling, cross-selling, and long-term customer retention.
• Establish and maintain strong partnerships with OEMs, distributors, and channel partners to drive pipeline generation and revenue growth.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline visibility, and account plans using CRM and sales management tools.
