About the Role
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive with proven, hands-on experience running paid campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube and LinkedIn, along with WhatsApp marketing through AiSensy. You will manage day-to-day execution across multiple client accounts and work directly with the founders.
Key Responsibilities
Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram)
• Plan, launch and manage lead generation, conversion, catalogue sales and retargeting campaigns
• Build audience strategies using custom, lookalike and interest-based segments
• Structure campaigns across awareness, consideration and conversion stages

Google Ads
• Manage Search, Performance Max, Display and Shopping campaigns
• Handle keyword research, negative keywords and bid optimisation

YouTube Ads
• Run in-stream, Shorts and awareness campaigns, tracking view rates and assisted conversions

LinkedIn Ads
• Execute Lead Gen Form and Sponsored Content campaigns for B2B and high-value clients

WhatsApp Marketing (AiSensy)
• Manage broadcasts, message templates and audience segmentation
• Build chatbot flows,



Click-to-WhatsApp integrations and automated follow-up sequences

Tracking and Reporting
• Implement and troubleshoot Meta Pixel, Conversions API, Google Tag Manager and GA4
• Track the full lead journey from ad click to form, WhatsApp and CRM
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports covering CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPM and lead quality

Optimisation
• Run A/B tests on creatives, hooks, audiences and landing pages
• Share performance insights with the creative team
• Manage budgets and spend pacing across accounts

Required Qualifications
• 1 to 2 years of hands-on paid media experience, preferably in an agency
• Proven experience independently running Meta Ads and Google Ads, with results you can present
• Working experience with YouTube Ads and LinkedIn Ads
• Practical knowledge of AiSensy or similar tools (Interakt, WATI, Gallabox)
• Familiarity with Pixel, CAPI, GTM and GA4
• Robust Excel or G
