Mindfire is hiring developers into a live product practice. The brief is to push our Agentic AI further, not bolt on a chatbot.
You will build the control plane around platforms clients already run: adapters, a model path that stays in the UAE or on a client rack, and a gate that investigates and stops before it acts. This is the move from writing features to shipping agents.
We want developers with judgement. You can wire a tool call, read a bad outcome, and say why it should not have shipped. The domain you come from matters less than the agent side you are willing to learn.
Your name on what you ship. On-prem when the contract demands it. No theatre about replacing the people who run the work.
Developers, write to me with one thing you broke and one thing you are trying to learn. A CV can follow.
