You will manage and grow our social media presence, starting with LinkedIn and Instagram and expanding to other platforms where our audience is (YouTube Shorts, X, Facebook, WhatsApp Channels). You'll work directly with the founder and have a visible impact on brand awareness and community growth.

Strategy and planning
• Build and maintain a monthly content calendar for LinkedIn and Instagram
• Research trends, competitors and community-led brands for ideas and benchmarks
• Recommend and test new platforms and content formats

Content creation and publishing
• Write captions, posts, carousels, reel scripts and LinkedIn articles in our brand voice
• Create or coordinate graphics and short videos when needed.
• Schedule and publish posts on time, with a consistent look and feel

Community engagement
• Reply to comments and DMs promptly and warmly
• Engage with relevant creators, local businesses and communities to grow organically
• Identify user-generated content and testimonial opportunities

Growth and analytics
• Track weekly metrics: reach, engagement, follower growth,



profile visits and link clicks
• Prepare a short weekly report on what worked, what didn't and what to try next
• Run small experiments (posting times, hooks, formats, hashtags) and document the results

Collaboration
• Work with the founder, designers and other interns on campaigns, launches and events

What we are looking for?
Must have
• Strong written English (Hindi or Marathi is a plus)
• Active on LinkedIn and Instagram, with a good understanding of how each platform works
• Creativity, attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines
• Basic design or video editing skills
• Curiosity about startups, communities and local ecosystems

Positive to have
• Prior experience running a personal, college club or brand page
• Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn analytics and scheduling tools
• Basic photography or videography skills
• Understanding of SEO, hashtags and basic copywriting f
