Instinkkt is an independent creative and production studio based in Mumbai.

We work with brands and agencies across creative ideation, branded content, digital campaigns, ad films, social-first content, UGC, production, and post-production.

What You'll Do

As a Business Development Executive, you’ll work closely with the founders to build Instinkkt's recent-business pipeline.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Researching and identifying potential brands, startups, agencies and marketing teams that could work with Instinkkt.
• Finding relevant decision-makers across marketing, brand, content, digital and creative teams.
• Building and maintaining a structured database of prospects, clients and opportunities.
• Reaching out to potential clients through email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, calls, onsite location and relevant industry networks.
• Writing personalised outreach instead of sending generic mass messages.
• Introducing Instinkkt's capabilities, portfolio and relevant work to prospective clients.




• Understanding incoming briefs and identifying whether an opportunity is relevant for the agency.
• Coordinating introductory calls and meetings between prospects and the founders.
• Following up consistently with leads and moving conversations through the business-development pipeline.
• Maintaining CRM / lead trackers with conversations, follow-ups and opportunity status.
• Building relationships with creative agencies that may require production or execution partners.

Who We're Looking For

We'd ideally like someone who:

• Has 1-3 years of experience in business development, client servicing, partnerships, advertising, production, media or a related industry.
• Understands brands, advertising, social media and digital content.
• Is comfortable speaking to brand managers, marketing teams, agency professionals and founders.
• Can communicate clearly over email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn and calls.
• Knows how to research companies and identify the right person to approach.
