Role Overview
This is strictly an internship role designed for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, on-field environment. Your primary focus will be building and nurturing a strong network of real estate brokers across the city to drive interior design leads. Top performers who deliver consistent results will be offered a full-time role at the end of the internship.

Key Responsibilities

* Field Operations: Actively travel across designated areas to identify, approach, and onboard real estate brokers and channel partners.
* Meeting & Pitching:



Set up face-to-face meetings with brokers to introduce Panache Designs Studio’s interior design services and establish mutually beneficial referral partnerships.
* Relationship Management: Be in continuous touch with your broker network through regular follow-ups, calls, and visits to ensure we remain their top-of-mind interior design partner for their clients.
* Lead Tracking: Maintain clear records of meetings, broker details, and potential leads generated from the network.

Requirements

* Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
* A highly proactive, outgoing, and resilient personality.
* Willingness and ability to travel extensively for on-field meetings.
* A genuine interest in sales, business development, and relationship building.
* Prior knowledge of real estate or interior design is a plus, but not mandatory.
