The role, in one line
This role supports the water softener sales funnel by driving post-demo closures and managing end-to-end coordination.

Why this role matters
The Inside Sales Specialist works closely with field sales, customer support, and operations to ensure qualified leads are converted and executed smoothly.

What you'll do
• Follow up after demos, handle objections, and close pending deals.
• Be the single point of contact until order confirmation & installation.
• Update Odoo accurately, share quotations, and ensure billing/order confirmation.
• Coordinate with production, logistics, and installation teams to ensure timely fulfillment.
• Coordinate between customer technical team & customer support to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.

What you'll need
• 2–5 years of experience in inside sales or business development,



with a proven track record of closing deals (not just following up)
• Strong communication skills with high ownership — confident handling customer objections and driving decisions over phone and WhatsApp
• Detail-oriented and process-driven; comfortable managing quotations, follow-ups, and CRM hygiene without constant supervision
• Quick to learn CRM systems and disciplined about keeping lead status updated
• Organized, proactive, and able to balance revenue targets with cross-functional coordination (production, logistics, installation)
• Comfortable being measured on closure rate, turnaround time, and customer experience

Nice to have
• Prior hands-on experience specifically with Odoo
