Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead and manage the overall digital marketing function for Mentric's training and consulting businesses.
The role will be responsible for developing and executing the digital marketing strategy, driving qualified lead generation, strengthening online brand presence, improving website traffic and conversions, and supporting business growth.
The ideal candidate should have solid hands-on experience in performance marketing, lead generation, SEO, social media, analytics, digital funnels, and conversion optimization, along with the ability to independently own the digital marketing function from strategy through execution and performance measurement.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement the overall digital marketing strategy aligned with Mentric’s business, brand, and revenue objectives.
• Plan and manage digital marketing activities across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, SEO, social media, email marketing, websites, and other relevant channels.
• Own the digital lead-generation strategy,



including campaign planning, landing pages, funnels, lead nurturing, and conversion optimization.
• Define channel-wise objectives, KPIs, budgets, timelines, and expected outcomes.
• Manage and optimize digital marketing budgets to achieve maximum effectiveness and ROI.
• Develop and maintain an integrated digital marketing and campaign calendar.
• Oversee social media strategy, content distribution, audience engagement, and brand visibility.
• Work with internal content and creative teams to ensure digital campaigns have the right messaging, creatives, and communication.
• Monitor website traffic, user behaviour, campaign performance, lead sources, conversion rates, and other digital KPIs.
• Use tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, CRM, and other marketing platforms to track and analyse performance.
• Develop strategies for SEO, SEM, organic grow
