About the RoleWe are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate STEM & Robotics Trainer to deliver engaging, hands-on learning experiences to school students. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in robotics, STEM education, and working with students.
Key Responsibilities• Deliver robotics and STEM learning sessions in partner schools.
• Conduct hands-on workshops, practical demonstrations, and interactive STEM activities.
• Guide and mentor students in robotics projects, innovation challenges, and competitions.
• Encourage creativity, critical thinking, innovation, and problem-solving skills among students.
• Coordinate with school faculty and internal teams for smooth program delivery.
• Evaluate student learning progress through practical demonstrations, activities, and assessments.




• Maintain proper documentation and reports related to sessions and student progress.
• Ensure effective classroom management and create an engaging learning workplace.
• Support students in developing practical projects using robotics and STEM concepts.

Requirements• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Computer Science, STEM Education, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of robotics, Arduino, sensors, electronics, and programming will be an advantage.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Passion for teaching and working with school students.
• Ability to conduct practical and activity-based learning sessions.
• Willingness to travel to partner schools within Bengaluru as required.
