Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid Sourcing Manager role based in Jaipur, with flexibility for some work from home. The Sourcing Manager will identify, evaluate, and onboard vendors and manufacturers for lighting, rugs, textiles,



furniture, and wall art, ensuring quality, reliability, and alignment with the brand’s aesthetic and standards. A typical day includes negotiating pricing and terms, managing purchase orders, tracking lead times, and coordinating production and delivery timelines with internal teams. The role involves working closely with design, merchandising, and operations to translate product concepts into viable sourced items, optimize costs, and maintain consistent quality. The Sourcing Manager will also monitor market trends, develop new sourcing channels across India and potentially abroad, and maintain detailed documentation and data to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
