Job Description

MISSION :

Overall responsible for coordinating change management in all projects related to Local Centralized System (LCS), our team-oriented platform supporting contract management,



invoicing, claims and reporting. LCS currently serves more than 550 active users across 20 countries in APR, MAR and WEAR

Ensure that the change being implemented is embraced, adopted and utilized by the impacted population. Responsible for leading the Change Management (CM) workstream in our strategic transformation projects in LCS and ensures that the project meets qualitative objectives to increase employee adoption and usage of required changes. The CM focuses on the people side of change (preparing, supporting and equipping people to adopt and use changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles, organization structures etc)
