Role Description The Business Development Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru, with a compensation range of 35k–45k. The role involves identifying and pursuing recent business opportunities across the company’s service areas, including tours and travels and organic products. Day-to-day responsibilities include generating leads, meeting prospective clients, presenting company offerings, and following up to convert opportunities into long-term business relationships.



The Business Development Executive will manage client accounts, coordinate with internal teams to ensure service delivery, and maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline status. The role also includes market research, participation in promotional activities, and preparing regular reports on business development performance.
Qualifications
• Strong New Business Development and Lead Generation skills, with the ability to identify and pursue opportunities in relevant markets.
• Solid Account Management and Business development capabilities to nurture client relationships and drive sustainable revenue growth.
• Excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication, presentation abilities, and professional client interaction.
• Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related commercial role, preferably in services such as travel or consumer products.
