Position: Business Development - Senior Executive

Key Responsibilities
• International Client Acquisition: Identify, prospect, and convert overseas enterprise and mid-market accounts requiring specialized KPO solutions (e.g., financial analytics, legal services, market research, business intelligence, or engineering data analytics).
• Delivery Model Structuring: Consult with international stakeholders to design customized engagement solutions spanning offshore, onsite, and hybrid delivery models that balance cost, domain depth, and operational agility.
• Full Sales Lifecycle Ownership: Drive outbound pipeline generation and consultative discovery to solution pitching, RFP responses, contract negotiations, and deal closing.
• Account Farming & Scaling: Partner with delivery teams to ensure seamless client onboarding, identify expansion opportunities, and scale account revenue through retained contracts and managed services.




• Market Intelligence & Territory Strategy: Monitor global outsourcing trends, competitor positioning, and geographic regulatory shifts to refine go-to-market strategies and pricing structures.

Required Qualifications & Skills
• Experience: 2-5 years of skilled B2B sales and business development experience, with a proven track record selling KPO / professional outsourcing services to global/overseas clients.
• Global Exposure: Demonstrated success closing deals in target geographies (Southeast Asia/Middle East/Europe) and building relationships with C-suite and VP-level decision-makers.
• Model Expertise: In-depth understanding of pricing mechanics, margin structures, service level agreements (SLAs), and operational workflows for offshore delivery and onsite client-side deployments.
• Communication: Exceptional executive presentation, intercultural relationship-building, and consultative selling abilities.
