M/S Nirman Buildcon is looking for a Junior Site Execution Engineer with 2–3 years of experience in civil construction to join our project execution team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising day-to-day construction activities, coordinating with contractors and site teams, monitoring work quality and progress, and ensuring that construction activities are carried out safely and in accordance with approved drawings, specifications and project schedules.
This role provides an excellent opportunity for a civil engineer to gain hands-on experience in residential and high-rise construction projects and develop solid expertise in site execution and project coordination.
Key Responsibilities• Supervise and monitor daily civil construction activities at the project site.
• Ensure construction work is executed as per approved architectural and structural drawings.
• Monitor RCC, reinforcement, shuttering, masonry, plastering and finishing activities.
• Check line, level, alignment, dimensions and workmanship at various stages of construction.
• Coordinate with contractors,



subcontractors, supervisors, workers and other site personnel.
• Monitor daily manpower deployment and ensure optimum utilisation of resources.
• Track daily work progress against project schedules and report delays or site issues to senior engineers.
• Coordinate with the engineering and project management team for resolving technical and execution-related issues.
• Read and interpret structural, architectural and other construction drawings.
• Assist in quantity measurements and verification of executed works.
• Monitor material requirements and coordinate with the site/store team to ensure timely availability of materials.
• Maintain daily progress reports, site records, measurements and other project documentation.
