Role Description The Student Counselor is a full-time, in office role based in Kochi. This role involves providing one-on-one and group counseling to students on academic choices, skill development, and future career paths. The Student Counselor will assess student interests and strengths, guide them through available programs, and support them in making informed education and career decisions. Daily tasks include conducting counseling sessions, responding to student and parent inquiries, maintaining accurate records,



and collaborating with educators and program coordinators to improve student outcomes. The role also includes organizing information sessions, workshops, and outreach activities to enhance student engagement and satisfaction.
Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Student Counseling and Career Counseling skills to guide learners effectively.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills for interacting with students, parents, and stakeholders.
• Candidates should possess a solid understanding of Education systems and learning pathways to advise on suitable programs.
• Relevant experience in academic advising, counseling, or education services is highly beneficial.
• Preference will be given to female candidates.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and maintain confidential student records.
