Hey We're a young rooftop solar EPC company based in Gujarat, and we're growing fast — which means we need someone awesome to help us keep things organized while we scale.
This isn't a "sit at a desk and do the same thing every day" kind of job. Some days you'll be handling paperwork and follow-ups from the office. Other days you might head out to a site to check on an installation or sort something out in person. It's hands-on, it's real, and you'll actually see the impact of your work — literally, on rooftops.
What you'll be doing:
• Managing day-to-day admin — quotations, customer follow-ups, vendor coordination
• Handling paperwork for net-metering and subsidy applications (we'll teach you the process)
• Keeping our labour and site tracking sheets updated
• Occasional site visits to coordinate with our installation teams
• Managing invoices from different vendors and payment reconciliation's.
• Basically becoming the person who keeps the whole operation running smoothly

What we're looking for:
• Someone comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets




• Valuable with people — you'll be talking to customers, vendors, and our site team
• Own two-wheeler (for the occasional site visit)
• Most importantly: curious, willing to learn, and okay with a bit of chaos that comes with a growing company
