Overview
As a Inbound Sales Development Representative at Intervue, you will drive new business growth by managing outbound leads, conducting market research, and building strong client relationships. In this client-facing role you will be responsible for generating outbound prospects, conducting thorough needs analysis and market research to uncover opportunities, cold calling, closing the cold calls with meeting schedules. You will leverage deep product knowledge to execute targeted outreach, handle objections, and guide prospects through the sales funnel.
Collaboration with internal teams ensures seamless hand‑offs and a consistent client experience.



The role is designed for professionals with 3 years of experience who can work independently yet thrive in a fast‑paced sales setting with a team.

Responsibilities:
• Manage high-volume outbound prospecting through cold calling and other outbound channels.
• Identify, qualify, and engage prospective clients for IT services and staffing solutions.
• Connect with senior decision-makers, including CXOs and CFOs, and understand their business requirements.
• Schedule qualified meetings and create opportunities for the sales team.
• Handle objections and effectively move prospects through the initial stages of the sales cycle.
• Maintain consistent outbound activity and pipeline generation against defined targets.
