Role Description The Assistant/Associate Professor will contribute to SCMHRD’s academic mission through teaching, research, and service as a full-time, on-site faculty member based in Pune. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing and delivering high-quality lectures, tutorials,



and experiential learning sessions at the postgraduate level; developing and updating course content and assessment methods; and advising and mentoring students on academic and professional development. The role involves engaging in scholarly research, publishing in peer-reviewed journals, participating in academic conferences, and contributing to funded research and consultancy projects. The faculty member will also participate in curriculum development, accreditation-related activities, and institutional committees, while fostering strong connections with industry and alumni.
