Thakor Electronics is a growing technology and manufacturing leader. We are looking for an experienced, detail-oriented Purchase & Supply Chain Manager to oversee our procurement operations, production planning, inventory workflows, and import processes.

Key Responsibilities
• Procurement & Sourcing: Manage end-to-end purchase cycles, source quality electronic components and materials, and negotiate competitive pricing with domestic and international vendors.
• Production Planning & Control (PPC): Coordinate with the production floor to forecast material requirements, schedule manufacturing workflows, and ensure optimal inventory levels to meet delivery timelines.
• Import Operations: Handle import documentation, shipping logistics, customs clearance, and regulatory compliance efficiently.
• Inventory & ERP Management: Maintain accurate purchase records and inventory workflows using Tally Prime,



ensuring seamless alignment with production schedules.
• Vendor Management: Evaluate vendor performance, maintain vendor scorecards, and build strategic partnerships to ensure timely material deliveries.

Key Requirements
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com), Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Experience: 3 to 5 years of proven experience in purchasing, PPC, supply chain management, and handling imports within an electronics or manufacturing setup.
• Technical Skills: Hands-on experience working with Tally Prime ERP and proficiency in MS Office/Excel.
• Competencies: Strong negotiation skills, analytical mindset, excellent vendor management, and a robust understanding of production planning and import-export procedures.

Compensation & Work Hours:
• Salary: ₹30,000 to ₹35,000 per month
• Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM
