About ZyluZylu is a fast-growing SaaS platform helping salons grow smarter through digital bookings, marketing automation, and operational tools. We're scaling across India and international markets like the UAE and Saudi Arabia.
Zylu is looking for a hands-on Head of Sales to own our revenue engine and build a high-performance sales team from the ground up. You will lead our core sales team in Bangalore, close high-value deals yourself, and shape the sales playbook as we scale across India and the Middle East.
What you will do• Own revenue: Take full ownership of the company's revenue targets across India and international markets; forecast accurately and execute the revenue-generation strategy end-to-end.
• Build and lead the team: Hire, onboard, coach, and retain a high-performance sales team of BDEs and BDMs. Set explicit targets, hold the team accountable, and consistently raise productivity.
• Stay hands-on: Personally manage and close strategic, high-value deals; run demos and negotiations alongside the team and lead by example.
• Own the lead-to-close process:



Manage the full funnel, from first call to contract closure and smooth handover to the onboarding team, to maximise conversion and reduce cost of sales.
• Build the sales playbook: Design and continuously refine scripts, demo flow, follow-up cadence, objection handling, and pricing and discounting guidelines to improve win rates.
• Run a metrics-driven operation: Maintain pipeline discipline and a daily-updated CRM; own sales dashboards, pipeline reviews, and weekly and monthly reporting to leadership.
• Drive market expansion: Lead go-to-market for new cities and international markets (UAE, Saudi Arabia), including regional team structure, localisation, and channel strategy.
• Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with product, marketing, and customer success, bringing market and customer insights to improve the product and go-to-market strategy.
