About us:
Seventh Triangle is a Shopify Premier Partner martech and commerce agency led by former D2C founders. We run performance, retention, SEO/AEO, CRO and Shopify development for 40+ D2C and omnichannel brands across India, the UK, US and Middle East. We work in short sprints, decide on data, and are accountable to clients for revenue, not open rates.

The role:
You will own CRM for 4 to 5 brands that sell both online and through their own stores: email, WhatsApp, SMS, push and loyalty. The core job is turning two databases into one customer: the Shopify buyer and the walk-in at the billing counter. Before you touch a template, we expect you to know a brand's repeat rate by channel, how much of its store base is reachable, and what an omnichannel customer is worth against a single-channel one. You report to a Senior Marketing Manager and join client calls from week three.

What you will do:
• Build and optimise the full lifecycle on Klaviyo, Zepic, WebEngage, MoEngage or similar.
• Fix customer capture in stores: work with client retail teams on phone and email capture at billing,



consent and data hygiene, so store buyers become reachable
• Bring Shopify, POS and ERP data (Shopify POS, Ginesys, Unicommerce or similar) into a single customer view, and build segments and RFM models on it
• Run loyalty (Capillary, Easyrewardz, Reelo or native) as a margin lever, not a discount habit: tiers, points economics, and earn and burn across online and store
• Use CRM to move customers between channels: store to online for range and convenience, online to store for launches, trials and events, measured in footfall and store revenue
• Run WhatsApp as a proper channel (Interakt, WATI or native): opt-in growth at checkout and at the counter, conversational flows, store-level campaigns and deliverability
• Plan the campaign calendar around launches, sales, store openings and seasonality, with A/B and holdout tests that prove incremental revenue
• Track repeat rate, cohort LTV,
