• Facility Manager : Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience with experience handling 30–35 stores.
• Cluster Facility Manager : Minimum 4+ years of relevant experience with experience handling 70–100+ stores.
• Qualification - Bachelor of Engineering Electrical (Preferred)
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, DG sets, HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, civil and firefighting systems.
• Experience in maintaining cold rooms, freezers, chillers, and refrigeration equipment.
• Expertise in preventive maintenance and breakdown management.
• Experience in vendor management, AMC administration and SLA compliance.
• Ability to monitor and close facility-related tickets through Terotam, KnowApp, or similar systems.
• Experience in managing housekeeping, pest control, and hygiene standards.




• Robust understanding of diesel management, DG operations, and utility consumption monitoring.
• Knowledge of fire & life safety systems, EHS compliance, and statutory requirements.
• Experience in store launch readiness, handover and snag closure.
• Strong root cause analysis (RCA) and problem-solving skills for recurring maintenance issues.
• Excellent stakeholder management with Operations, Projects, RE, Procurement, Finance and vendors.
• Ability to work under pressure and ensure 24×7 store uptime with minimum operational disruption.
