Role Description
Develop and maintain *company & project-wise MIS*.
Manage project data, documentation and official records.
Track submissions, pending documents and follow-ups.
Maintain site records, photographs, photosheets,



stock & inventory.
Coordinate with employees/site teams for required information.
Prepare routine letters, reports and documents.
Use *AI applications/tools* for documentation, data management, reporting and improving work efficiency.
Maintain organized Google Drive/document systems.
Qualifications
* Graduate in any discipline.
* Valuable knowledge of *Excel/Google Sheets, Word & Google Drive*.
* Good communication, documentation and follow-up skills.
* Organized, analytical and capable of managing multiple projects.
* *Comfortable learning and using AI tools.*
* Experience in MIS/project coordination/administration preferred.
