Role Description This remote internship role in Human Resources focuses on supporting HR operations and people-related processes at MJ Marketing Consultancy. Day-to-day tasks include assisting with recruitment activities, coordinating intern onboarding, and supporting personnel documentation and attendance tracking.



The intern will help implement HR policies, contribute to employee advantages administration, and assist with maintaining accurate HR records. The position also involves collaborating with management to support team engagement initiatives and ensure smooth communication across the organization.
