About the Role
Ivory Aven is looking for a creative and strategic Brand Manager to drive the brand’s positioning,
communication, client acquisition and overall market presence.
The ideal candidate should have experience in premium/luxury branding, digital marketing,
storytelling, business development and customer engagement, with a strong eye for aesthetics and
brand building.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute brand strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Drive client acquisition by identifying potential clients, generating qualified leads, building
relationships and converting opportunities into business.
• Develop strategic partnerships and networks to expand the brand’s clientele and market reach.
• Maintain a strong and consistent brand identity across digital and offline channels.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns, launches and promotional activities.




• Oversee social media and content strategy to strengthen brand visibility and engagement.
• Identify opportunities for collaborations with artists, influencers, designers and relevant luxury/
lifestyle brands.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and business opportunities.
• Track campaign performance, client acquisition, brand engagement and key marketing metrics.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure a consistent premium customer and brand
experience.
Candidate Profile
• 3–6 years of experience in Brand Management, Marketing or a related role.
• Experience with luxury, fashion, art, lifestyle, premium retail or design-led brands is
preferred.
• Strong understanding of branding, client acquisition, digital marketing, social media and
content strategy.
• Excellent communication, networking and relationship-building skills.
• Robust aesthetic sense and attention to detail.
