About The Role

We are looking for an HR Associate who will primarily drive recruitment while also supporting day-to-day HR operations, employee engagement, manpower management, and labour law compliance. The role will involve working closely with hiring managers, candidates, employees, contract workers, and manpower vendors.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment across assigned roles, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source and screen candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, agencies, and other channels.
• Coordinate interviews, candidate communication, offer discussions, and joining formalities.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and upcoming hiring requirements.
• Manage employee onboarding, documentation, attendance, leave, HR records, and exits.
• Handle employee queries and grievances, ensuring timely and effective resolution.




• Coordinate with manpower vendors and manage contract/blue-collar workforce requirements.
• Understand manpower concerns and work closely with vendors and employees to resolve issues.
• Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
• Support employee engagement activities, performance management, training, and HR initiatives.
• Maintain HR MIS and trackers related to hiring, headcount, attendance, attrition, and manpower.
• Work closely with employees, managers, and vendors to ensure smooth HR operations.

What We’re Looking For

A hands-on HR professional with strong recruitment skills, good communication, solid follow-up abilities, and the ability to handle people-related issues independently. Someone who takes ownership and is comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
