About the Role

The Head of Marketing for Flipkart Commerce Cloud will own the end-to-end marketing charter for FCC – building brand awareness, generating top-of-funnel demand, and establishing FCC as a thought leader in the global B2B commerce technology space. This is a senior leadership role requiring a blend of strategic vision and hands-on execution across brand, content, PR, digital, and events.

Key Responsibilities

Brand & Thought Leadership




• Own FCC's brand positioning, messaging architecture, and communication strategy across all markets and channels.
• Build FCC's thought leadership narrative and establish its presence as a credible enterprise commerce technology partner globally.
• Drive participation in and creation of industry awards programs to build FCC's reputation and credential in the B2B technology ecosystem.

Events & Industry Presence
• Own the events strategy – from flagship industry conferences and trade shows (e.g., NRF, Shoptalk, eTail) to proprietary FCC-hosted events and webinars.
• Drive end-to-end event planning, execution, and ROI measurement including speaker programs, sponsorships, and customer engagement at events.
• Build a calendar of executive roundtables, customer summits, and partner events to deepen relationships and generate pipeline.

Analyst Relations (AR)
• Build and manage relationships
