Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi for a Sales Trainer in the Edtech/Education domain. The Sales Trainer will design and deliver sales training programs for counseling and sales teams,



focusing on product knowledge, consultative selling, and value-based education offerings. Daily responsibilities include conducting training sessions, workshops, and role-plays; monitoring performance; identifying skill gaps; and updating training materials based on feedback and market trends. The role involves collaborating with sales leadership, counseling teams, and marketing to ensure consistent messaging, improved conversion rates, and enhanced learner experience. The Sales Trainer will also prepare reports on training effectiveness and support continuous learning initiatives across the organization.
