Key Responsibilities:
• Drive Sales, OPEX & EBITDA targets across assigned stores/formats.
• Manage store operations, inventory, sales & OPEX budgets.
• Plan and execute sales promotions and business growth initiatives.
• Monitor store performance and implement corrective action plans.
• Conduct regular store visits and ensure operational excellence & brand standards.
• Lead Store Managers and drive team productivity, customer experience & overall performance.
