Job Overview

As an Account Manager at Ignosis, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued clients. Your mission is to understand their needs, ensure satisfaction with our products, and contribute to the growth and retention of our client base. This role involves a strategic blend of relationship management, product knowledge, understanding client pain points and a deep understanding of the financial industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients,



serving as their main point of contact.
• Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' business goals and how Ignosis products align with their objectives.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Ignosis products and services, effectively communicating their value propositions to clients.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling based on clients' evolving needs and Ignosis product offerings.
• Address client inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly, collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely resolution.
• Serve as the client advocate within Ignosis, conveying feedback and insights to relevant teams to inform product improvements.
• Proactively manage client renewals, ensuring a high retention rate and exploring strategies for long-term partnerships.
