• 5–8 years of experience in HRBP / HR Generalist / HR Operations
• Strong experience in Employee Engagement
• Hands-on experience with Zoho People / Zoho HR is preferred
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Solid interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
• Good knowledge of MS Excel & PowerPoint
• IT / Technology industry experience will be an added advantage
