Role Overview
Anoud Technologies is looking for an experienced Strategic IT Recruiter who can manage end-to-end IT recruitment while partnering closely with business and technology stakeholders to understand hiring needs and build effective talent acquisition strategies.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in strategic IT hiring, stakeholder management, talent mapping, market intelligence, and sourcing for niche and senior-level technology positions.
Key Responsibilities
• Drive end-to-end recruitment for IT and technology positions, including requirement understanding, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding.
• Partner with business leaders, hiring managers, and technology stakeholders to understand workforce requirements and develop effective hiring strategies.
• Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies for niche,



critical, and senior-level IT positions.
• Conduct market mapping and talent intelligence to identify relevant talent pools, competitor talent, salary trends, and availability of skilled resources.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of passive and active candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, networking, vendors, and other sourcing channels.
• Handle hiring for technologies such as Java, Cloud, DevOps, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Data, AI/ML, Product, Architecture, and other emerging technologies.
• Work closely with hiring managers to define job requirements, skill expectations, experience levels, compensation benchmarks, and hiring timelines.
• Manage multiple and critical positions simultaneously while ensuring quality, turnaround time, and candidate experience.
• Track recruitment metrics such as Time to Hire, Time to Fill, Source Effectiveness, Offer-to-Join Ratio, and Hiring
