Job Description – Electronics Purchase / Vendor Development / NPD

Location: Gurugram, Haryana
Experience: 7–10+ Years
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech – ECE Mandatory

We are looking for experienced professionals with robust exposure to Electronics Purchase, Vendor Development, Procurement, and New Product Development (NPD). The candidate should have relevant experience in PCB/PCBA, RF components, DVR/NVR, electronic components, cables, connectors, power supplies, and other electronic products.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end electronics procurement and purchase activities.
Identify, develop, evaluate, and manage new and existing vendors.
Source electronic components as per technical and commercial requirements.
Handle vendor negotiation, cost reduction, quality, delivery, and supplier performance.
Support NPD activities, including new component sourcing,



vendor identification, sample development, and product commercialization.
Coordinate with Engineering, R&D;, Production, Quality, and Stores teams.
Develop alternate suppliers for critical electronic components.
Ensure timely material availability and adherence to quality and cost targets.
Resolve supplier-related technical, quality, delivery, and commercial issues.
Maintain strong supplier relationships and procurement documentation.
Relevant experience in electronics manufacturing, PCB/PCBA, RF, DVR/NVR, industrial electronics, aviation, defence, or engineering products will be preferred.
