Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Specialist role based in Varanasi. The Sales Specialist will engage with customers on the retail floor, provide product demonstrations, and offer personalized recommendations to drive sales of cosmetics and beauty products. Daily responsibilities include maintaining store displays, monitoring inventory levels, handling point-of-sale transactions, and ensuring a clean and welcoming setting. The role also involves building long-term customer relationships, meeting individual and store sales targets,



and sharing feedback from customers to support marketing and product decisions. The Sales Specialist may assist in training new team members, participating in promotional events, and representing the brand in a professional and knowledgeable manner.
