Role Description This is a full time,



on-site Pre Post Sales role located in Bengaluru. The role involves supporting customers throughout the sales cycle, including pre-sales interactions such as responding to inquiries, explaining project features, conducting site visits, and assisting with documentation. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with the sales team to prepare proposals, maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, and ensuring clear communication between customers and internal teams. Post-sales activities include guiding customers through handover processes, addressing service requests, managing follow-ups, and helping resolve any issues related to property purchase or possession. The role also involves collaborating with marketing and operations to improve customer experience, participating in training on new projects and policies, and contributing to continuous enhancement of pre and post sales processes
