Mission/Purpose Of The Job

To develop and grow the R&D; business across West, North and East India by identifying current opportunities, building strong customer relationships, promoting suitable products and solutions, and achieving assigned sales targets with profitability.

• Support customers with technical and commercial solutions based on their application requirements.
• Generate enquiries, convert opportunities into orders, and contribute to sustainable sales growth.
• Represent the company professionally in the assigned territory while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities

• Build strong rapport with R&D; customers to understand current and future needs.
• Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations.
• Support customers through the sales process and problem-solving.
• Attend exhibitions and trade shows to generate leads, build networks, and stay updated on market trends.
• Prepare and analyse sales engineering reports.
• Manage and support tendering activities.
• Handle R&D; sales across West, North and East India.




• Conduct market research, build networks, and expand product knowledge.
• Prepare daily reports and weekly plans aligned with sales forecasts.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations.
• Achieve annual sales targets.
• Identify new customers, applications, and competitor activity.
• Support and develop indirect sales channels and dealer performance.

Scope Of The Job

The Sales Engineer will be stationed at Delhi and will be responsible for developing R&D; sales across West, North and East India by managing customer relationships, generating opportunities, and achieving assigned sales targets.

• Cover R&D; customers, key accounts, prospects, consultants, dealers and channel partners in the assigned territory.
• Generate enquiries, prepare technical and commercial offers, support tenders, negotiate with customers and convert opportunities into orders.
