About the Role

We are looking for a strategic and execution-focused Senior Manager – Growth (B2B GTM) to lead Pixelo Digital's marketing initiatives across demand generation, brand building, and revenue growth. This role requires someone who understands modern B2B GTM motions and can build scalable marketing programs across SEO, AEO/GEO, content, ABM, performance marketing, and product marketing.

You will work closely with leadership, sales,



partnerships, and product teams to drive pipeline growth for Pixelo Digital and Prospectoo, our B2B GTM intelligence platform. The ideal candidate is data-driven, customer-obsessed, and thrives in a fast-paced startup environment where ownership and experimentation are encouraged. Pixelo Digital helps SaaS, IT, and services companies build predictable revenue engines through outbound, SEO, ABM, and paid media, while Prospectoo powers GTM teams with B2B data and intent intelligence.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end B2B GTM marketing strategy across Pixelo Digital and Prospectoo.
• Develop and execute integrated demand generation campaigns to drive qualified pipeline and revenue.
• Lead SEO initiatives, including Technical SEO, On-Page SEO, Content SEO, Programmatic SEO, AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization).
