Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Associate Dentist role based in Delhi, India. The Associate Dentist will provide comprehensive dental care, including examinations, diagnosis, treatment planning, and delivery of restorative, preventive, and minor surgical procedures. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing routine check-ups, fillings, extractions, scaling and polishing, and other clinical procedures, while ensuring high standards of infection control and patient safety. The role involves educating patients on oral hygiene,



discussing treatment options, obtaining informed consent, and maintaining accurate clinical records. The Associate Dentist will collaborate with other dental professionals, support staff, and management to optimize patient experience, appointment flow, and clinic efficiency.
Qualifications
• Recognized dental degree (BDS/MDS) and valid registration/license to practice dentistry in India.
• Clinical proficiency in general dentistry procedures, including diagnosis, restorative treatments, preventive care, and basic oral surgery.
• Strong patient communication skills, with the ability to explain treatment plans clearly and build trust across diverse age groups and backgrounds.
