Role Description The Human Resources Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Rudrapur. This position is responsible for overseeing end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations for both internal teams and client assignments. Daily responsibilities include coordinating hiring activities (especially interns and junior staff),



maintaining attendance and HR records, supporting managers with workforce planning, and ensuring HR policies and procedures are consistently applied. The Human Resources Manager will also help design and implement HR processes to support the company’s IT and non-IT projects, promote a positive workplace culture, and collaborate with leadership on HR strategy and compliance.
Qualifications

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work closely with management, clients, and team members.
• Proficiency with standard office and HR tools (e.g., spreadsheets, HRIS or attendance systems); familiarity with digital/IT business environments is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant HR certifications are a plus.
