Comet Healthcare Solutions is looking for a proactive and organised Production Manager to oversee the planning and execution of video shoots for our healthcare and digital marketing projects.
The role involves managing shoots end-to-end from pre-production planning and team coordination to on-set execution and post-production handover.

? Location: Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai | In office
? Position: Production Manager
? Salary: ₹25,000–₹30,000/month

Key Responsibilities
- Proficiency In English & Client Relationship Management
- Plan and coordinate video shoots from concept to execution
- Manage shoot schedules, locations, talent, equipment and production requirements
- Coordinate with videographers, photographers, editors, content and creative teams
- Prepare shoot briefs,



schedules and production checklists
- Ensure all required equipment, props and resources are arranged before the shoot
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams regarding shoot requirements
- Manage the shoot on location and ensure smooth execution
- Ensure planned content is captured according to the creative brief
- Coordinate the handover of footage to the post-production team
- Track shoot timelines, deliverables and production requirements
- Handle on-ground issues and make quick decisions when required
- Maintain organised records of footage, assets and shoot documentation
