We are hiring Engineering Experts for a remote contractor project developing simulation-based engineering tasks to train and evaluate AI agents.

Openings: 210
Experience: 10+ years of hands-on engineering design
Duration: Up to 24 weeks
Engagement: Contractor
Start: Immediate
Compensation: USD 500 per task
AHT: Approximately 30–40 hours per task
Commitment: 40 hours/week with 4 hours of PST overlap; weekend on-call availability
Location: India

Role
• Design complex engineering problems with validated reference solutions
• Build simulation environments and Python test benches
• Review AI agent outputs and execution logs to identify failures
• Develop automated grading criteria and refine task difficulty
• Validate physical accuracy, units, constraints, and simulation convergence

Requirements




• Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Electrical, Mechanical, or Aerospace Engineering
• 10+ years of hands-on engineering design experience
• Solid Python skills and proficiency with an open-source engineering simulation tool
• Hands-on experience with LLMs or AI coding agents and failure analysis
• Personal computer with reliable high-speed internet
