NITCO Limited is looking for passionate and result-driven Key Account Sales professionals from the Tiles industry who understand the projects business and know how to build solid, long-term relationships with leading builders, developers, architects, contractors, and institutional clients.
If you have successfully handled Key Accounts / Project Sales in the Tiles industry, understand your local market, and enjoy converting relationships and opportunities into business, we would like to hear from you.
What You’ll Own
· Manage and grow Key Accounts comprising builders, developers, architects, contractors, and institutional clients.
· Drive Tiles Project Sales and achieve assigned revenue and business targets.
· Develop new accounts and identify upcoming residential, commercial, hospitality, and institutional projects.




· Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within assigned accounts.
· Manage the complete sales cycle — from opportunity identification and product presentation to commercial negotiation and order closure.
· Strengthen engagement with existing accounts to generate repeat and referral business.
· Coordinate with internal teams including Supply Chain, Operations, Design, Commercial, and Customer Service for smooth project execution.
· Track upcoming projects, competitor activity, market developments, and customer requirements.
· Maintain a healthy project pipeline and ensure timely follow-up and conversion of opportunities.
Who We’re Looking For
This opportunity is specifically for candidates with relevant experience in the Tiles industry.
Candidates should have:
· 4–12 years of experience in Tiles Sales, preferably in Key Accounts / Project Sales.
· Hands-on experience
