Role Description The Staff Nurse will provide comprehensive nursing care to patients, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, assisting with procedures, and ensuring adherence to treatment plans.



Responsibilities include maintaining accurate patient records, coordinating with physicians and other healthcare professionals, and supporting patient education on health, recovery, and preventive care. The role also involves following infection control protocols, contributing to quality improvement initiatives, and ensuring a safe, clean, and compassionate care environment. This is a full time, on-site role based at Rama Hospital & Research Centre in Mathura.
Qualifications

• Recognized nursing qualification (GNM, B.Sc Nursing, or equivalent) and valid nursing registration with the appropriate council.
• Clinical nursing skills in patient assessment, medication administration, wound care, and post-operative care.
• Strong knowledge of hospital protocols, infection control practices, and basic life support (BLS); advanced life support (ACLS) is an advantage.
